A+ customer satisfaction and quality of merchandise
As for TigerDirect as a company —- I’ve been ordering from TD for years and have never experienced anything less than A+ customer satisfaction and quality of merchandise. I continue to shop with them time and again, and I know I’ve sent some business their way with “word of mouth”. I’ve even gotten our computer department to order some things from TD and I’ve not heard one bad thing about the process or the merchandise.
Way to go TigerDirect and thank you Felix - you were a pleasure to deal with.
