I purchase products from Tigerdirect.com almost every month and I find their website, customer service and return policy very friendly and consumer-centric.

I especially like Tigerdirect’s payment verification system that fights fraud and theft. While sometimes it takes longer (because they verify your credit card in several distinct ways), it builds trust.

I have ordered by phone and by website and I am not sure which method I find easier. Both are very easy. Every salesrep I have spoken to has been knowledgeable and provided advice when I had product questions. To me they seem to have a “can do” positive attitude, they do NOT act as if they are doing me a favor by taking my order.
