Despite some negative reviews, I decided to place an order for an EVGA GeForce 8800GTS video card since they had it for a good price. It shipped quickly and arrived a day earlier than expected. Retail package with everything included as described.

Excellent email notification of shipping and tracking number. Even got early notification about the mail in rebate being accepted and processed. Overall, a pretty good experience. Would purchase from them again.
