TigerDirect Getting Loads of Complaints?
I have used TigerDirect countless times over the past 10+ years and never had a problem with them. Sure, you have to read the fine print and educate yourself on what you are buying, but this is how it goes in the IT goods industry. I would NEVER send my parents to their site to shop because they don’t know what “White Box” is, nor would they be initially clear on what is “recertified”, “remanufactured” and “refurbished”.
There are great deals to be had at TigerDirect and I always send customers their way. The people complaining really don’t understand computers and rebate programs and should probably stick to paying full markup retail at the local Big Box Depot.
