I just want to make a comment that I am extremely impressed with your company and how it responds.
I purchased an electronic item from you recently (first time buyer) and as it turned out, the device will not work with my computer. Since it was my mistake that I hadn’t realized this before, I assumed that you would not accept a return. However, your representative was very good, very customer-friendly and I was allowed to return the item. I expected that it would take weeks or months before I would receive a response but couldn’t believe that only days later I received your email confirming your receipt of the item and the statement that a credit would be issued within 5-10 business days.
My compliments..although I have purchased via the internet for several years, the way you have handled this is exemplary and the best I have ever experienced. I am just delighted. You can bet you will be my first choice next time I need something electronic. I will highly recommend you.
