I.. use TigerDirect because of its Customer Service
Saturday, April 14th, 2007I and many others use TigerDirect not only because of price/selection/etc. but because of its customer service. Though I rarely have to call with a question, it is great to have it available. That is why I will always buy from them… excellent customer service … & even better HUMANS! It doesn’t take much waiting to get one and they know what they are talking about. A rarity these days. It is this customer service that people like me are willing accept slightly higher prices without question and do virtually 100% of ordering, only go elsewhere on the rare occasion when a needed item is not available.
Pricing and selection comparable to NewEgg and if anything better than the latter. Though the website may not look as crisp, the people behind the scenes more than make up for it and are worth their weight in gold. Though you may not see much of a difference the majority of the time; onj those rare occassions when you need knowledgable help with an order that TigerDirect becomes the leader far-and-away. (more…)
