I have never had any problems with any of my Tiger Direct orders.
I thought that ordering online or calling in an order to have it shipped long distance would be troublesome, considering I live in Oregon and Tiger Direct’s warehouse is located in Illinois. To this day, however, I am happy to report that I have never had any problems with any of my Tiger Direct orders. Well, to be honest, I had what might be considered a “problem,” but it was taken care of so swiftly and hassle-free by one of the reps over at Tiger Direct, that I don’t even count it as a “problem.”
In April of this year, I ordered a bare bones kit along with other peripheral devices, one of which as a media dash board. The media dash board had some compatibility problems (I had not quite done my homework like I thought I had), and I needed to exchange it. I spoke with a great representative there who walked me through the process of selecting a compatible unit based on my computer’s specs. Furthermore, the rep offered advanced replacement, which I was immediately reimbursed for upon arrival of the returned item.
I could not believe how hassle-free and professional the whole thing was, and how promptly I received my replacement. The system works just perfectly to this day, and I even wrote Tiger Direct an email expressing my satisfaction with the whole matter. I do not hesitate to recommend this company to friends for their great prices and outstanding customer service.
