I bought some computer parts here about a month ago and had trouble with the ram, it wouldn’t work at all. So I called up and spoke with a rep possibly names Larry, Luis, Leo who knows. The point is they assisted with with the [utmost] courtesy and even helped troubleshoot which I know they don’t have to!!

They really went out of their way and refunded the costs it took for me to send them back the bad RAM. Got my order back in three days! Wooo! I do not really know what problems customers have with TigerDirect - so far first impression was great and I will keep [posting] for those spectators who say wait till your nest purchase.
