We have ordered for three years from Tiger Direct and have never had a problem with them.
Last year I found myself shopping around for a bare bones computer kit, and I finally purchased a very satisfactory kit from Tiger Direct. The only problem (which was my fault) as that I had forgotten to one of the key components, which totally slipped my mind initially. I called them up very late that night, as this was a Christmas gift for my Children and Grandchild. I received excellent service and since I had just ordered the Kit they gave me the shipping charge at a reduce price. Placing my whole order as the fee. I received the whole kit and the extra parts I need in plenty of time.
I have also order since that time in December a total of three times. I usually receive the orders within three days after placing them on in stock items. If the item isn’t in stock I do know that when I place the orders. The site has a tracking so I am able to know when and how the items are shipped. Tiger Direct does send me an email to let me know what order I placed and the total price and shipping cost. On order an out of stock I know that when placing an order and will be given an appx. date of shipment. Tiger Direct will email me when the item is in and being shipped.
