That’s Amazing Customer Service, and Smart Too!!

I’ve used Tiger several times, including two refurb systems which were an amazing value. They have always shipped promptly, emailed tracking numbers, and their CRM system is slick: if you order an item with a rebate, it will generate email reminders with a URL for the rebate form, and a link to your invoice if you need to print another copy to collect your rebate. How cool is that? Customer Service is also exemplary. I had a technical issue with a video card, and after confirming it would not meet my needs through ATI, I called Tiger and explained the situation. The CS rep at Tiger gave me an RMA number and a $5 credit to cover the return shipping, even though I’d purchased the card on a “one day special”. That’s amazing customer service, and smart too because I bought my next video card from Tiger!
