All in all, I have absolutely no problem with Tiger.
Tuesday, November 27th, 2007I have been a Tiger Direct customer for the past four years. Ive bought a load of stuff. As far as the quality of product, I did have a problem with a refurbished computer I ordered.
It came to me very broken, as in beat up, badly. They redeemed themselves by sending me a newer computer, better computer. I never even asked for it. I was extremely pleased. The price never rose, not even shipping. The price was one hundred dollars, and I’ve had the computer for four years. It’s been the best computer I have ever owned.
Ive gotten a number of accessories there as well. I got a generic Ipod, a few hard drives and enclosures, a printer, a webcam, a USB hub, and a number of other things. Everything came to me in perfect condition, and I have never had a problem with any of them besides one of the hard drives.
After two years one of the drives finally crashed. I called Tiger, and they got me in touch with the manufacturer. I sent it back, and got it fixed and sent back to me within a few weeks for free.
All in all, I have absolutely no problem with Tiger. They will always be my first choice when buying a new computer or accessory. Their products work very well, and tend to be cheaper than most places. I love their overstock area.
