TigerDirect Getting Loads of Complaints?
Monday, March 26th, 2007I have used TigerDirect countless times over the past 10+ years and never had a problem with them. Sure, you have to read the fine print and educate yourself on what you are buying, but this is how it goes in the IT goods industry. I would NEVER send my parents to their site to shop because they don’t know what “White Box” is, nor would they be initially clear on what is “recertified”, “remanufactured” and “refurbished”. (more…)
