Very Satisfied - I rate them a TEN!
Wednesday, April 18th, 2007I have used Tiger Direct on a number of occassions. They often have the best price (not always) but ALWAYS have impecable service. I have received orders sooner than anticipated. In addition I found the conduct of those I spoke to about items I was considering to be extremely friendly and helpful and most of all knowledgable.
I have even found myself in a situation where I have had to return an item that I found I did not need. I was treated with the SAME friendly/professional service and recieved to my surprise a full refund of the item I returned. Tiger Direct may not always have the best price (they usually do) but you can Always depend on thier prompt, and helpful service. I rate them a TEN!!!! (more…)
