Thursday, November 8th, 2007Top notch merchant! I placed an order of an HP 24-inch LCD monitor, and they shipped it right away–No delays, no procrastination. When I usually order online from other vendors, they always tell me the shipping will be 3-5 days…, but they don’t tell you it takes 2-7 days just for the products to get out of their warehouses. TigerDirect must have shipped the monitor to me within the first 12 hours because I got the shipment via UPS only a few days after I placed the order. The monitor I received had a minor defect, so I called customer service for product return. Fantastic service; quick to get through, and very nice and polite people. I packed up the defective monitor, sent it back, and I received the second monitor in no time! They even waived the fees for the return shipping AND the exchange shipping; I only had to pay shipping ONCE to get the first monitor! All during this time, prompt email communications with updates so I wasn’t left in the dark about what was happening. Oh, I forgot to mention they had the best price anywhere for what I was looking for. Nobody came close. What a first-rate service. I’m an online shopping fanatic, but I feel TigerDirect really went out of their way to make me feel secure and at ease about buying from an online vendor.
