I’ve purchased many items from Tiger Direct over the past 5 years, and to this day, I have not had a single problem. The rebates arrive in their full amount and within the projected time span, and the deals are fantastic. TD has become my one-stop shop for all my computing/tech needs.

I would’nt why this note should make any difference, but I lost a money order sent to tiger d. they have no record of it. I asked them to please call me for details, they said they were to busy to make personnel calls; so I keep on e-mailing, chatting, and sometimes calling. they won’t tell me if they have a billing dept, which I asked. this going on sometime after april 27 no answer, no results, evidently were sales oriented, not Customer Oriented.

For the last 2 weeks or so, every email promotion I have received has badly messed up graphics — not readable in some sections — so I toss them. Home you can fix ‘em.
