Can you say five stars? Thats what Tigerdirect deserves! I bought a refurbished gateway and it was dead on arrival, I thought to myself “here comes trouble” due to those negative comments I have seen here and there. I WAS WRONG! Called up tiger and spoke to some rep with a name like leo, lewis, laura?… It had an L but point is they had UPS pick up my bad unit and in about a week and a half i saw my replacement and it worked great!!! I love this place!!
